Erivania, I don’t think it’s possible to get formatted text from a richt text field into a Word document without loosing the formatting.

If the form uses any references that are at the pubesihld URL, it will try and connect, otherwise, the forms most likely will just check to see if there is an update that the user should download. There should be an option in the client that will avoid checking for an update for forms. If you are using a sharepoint list or something along those lines, you can use the option on setting up the data connection to cache data content. Hope this helps some.

Well done!!! Amazing and Very informative post. I was lkooing for this.Author, I am also lkooing for the issue i am facing is I have a column of type RichText in content type in Sharepoint.The content in the word document is showing html tags instead of richtext format.I mean when I enter viz. “some italic text is in red” in sharepoint list and open word document. Word document shows “someitalic text is inred”.How do I show rich text in a word document?I would appreciate if you please reply me asap.Could you mention your twitter/hotmail for instant messaging.Thanks & RegardsKhushi
